Preventive Health Begins With Soil

Authentic Health Association for Prevention and Environmental Solutions recognizes that it is not new to the population and its leaders that health and well-being has been and is greatly affected by nutrition. Nutrition is what soil is. If there is no-thing in soil, then there is no-thing in the foods we eat.

During the, 74th Congress 2nd Session in 1936 (Senate Document #264 - Farm Land Mineral Depletion)

It was Dr. Charles Northen who first voiced the surprising assertion that we must make soil building the basis of food building in order to accomplish human building.

'Our physical well-being is more directly dependent upon minerals we take into our systems than upon calories or vitamins, or upon precise proportions of starch, protein or carbohydrates we consume.'

'Do you know that most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous diet deficiencies which cannot be remedied until depleted soil from which our food comes are brought into proper mineral balance?'

'The alarming fact is that foods (fruits, vegetables and grains) now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contain enough of certain minerals are starving us - no matter how much of them we eat. No man of today can eat enough fruits and vegetables to supply his system with the minerals he requires for perfect health because his stomach isn't big enough to hold them.'

Therefore humans are responsible for becoming educated and informed as to where their food is grown, how it is processed, and what does cooking do to the nutrition of what they are eating.
