Authentic Health Association (AHA) Includes All Facets of Life

Nutritional Health
The foundation of AHA will be expanded as our networking team evolves and continues to explore and share experiential and scientifically advanced, breakthrough information and products based on a garden's, animal's, and/or human's needs.

Physical Health
AHA emphasis is placed on nutrition and preventive practices regarding non toxic environments in homes, schools, offices, hospitals, etc. AHA is dedicated to finding natural, safe and innovative ways to bring about ‘authentic’ solutions – from the ground up including air and water quality.

Emotional Health Inner health is often found to be the cause of physical health. 'Whole foods' and plant derived products are researched and shared with members that bring about balance in their emotional  well-being. Consulting and suggestions as to self healing methods are encouraged.

Mental Health
To achieve a healthy life, one strives to feed the mind as well as well as the body. AHA is dedicated to offering products, services, educational programs and seminars to enable individuals to ascertain a welcomed change in mind in order to make changes in one's life.

Spiritual Health

(Many of these experiences include  companionships with pets and animals.)
