Sustain Life by Prevention

Just lately there was a health scare about Spinach. Was it the food, the air, or the water? Where did the toxins come from? Today Authentic Health Association researches, questions, evaluates, and looks at all causal possibilities. It is getting harder to determine cause of food toxicities and food poisonings today, due to all the variables in producing the foods that go to market. We Must Sustain Life by Taking Care of the Basics: Food, Air, and Water. Water, wherever one lives, is becoming more infiltrated with contaminants. In the cities the answer is clean with chlorine and other toxic cleaners. In the rural and mountain areas, it is contaminated creeks, springs, and wells that can be the cause of infectious disease in water. This very water is not only consumed for drinking and showering, it is used in watering gardens and crop fields. We have to question what is in that water? Chemicals draining off golf courses, pollutants in streams from animal fecal matter, or pollution from the sky? Foods being mutated by genetic modifications, grown in mineral deficient soil, sprayed with insecticides and pesticides, then adding the very unpublicized pollution of water...........all together make it necessary for people and their families to become more informed and taking responsibility and action to clean up our basics that sustain human and pet life. Not only outdoor air pollution can often be the cause of ill health; indoor air pollution is becoming an even greater challenge to purify.
