Science of Authenticity

The word science comes from the Latin "scientia," meaning knowledge.

Authentic is often described as: conforming to fact and therefore worthy of belief

Therefore the science of authenticity relates to the knowledge of facts worthy of belief.

The question then becomes, 'what is fact in that which one believes?' Real or true facts come from within. True belief comes from within. Source of fact and beliefs come from within.

Thus Authentic Health is health that comes from within. The source of health comes from an inner space (not from outside influences). That means that everyone must find health from inside. Therefore................

Authentic Health is being conscious of your body, mind, and spirit.
Body - conscious of what body tells you - (aches, pains, diseases are messages for help)
Mind - thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect well-being
Spirit - Inner source of energy as information/consciousness

Authentic Health Is Being True To Self
Physical - educated and responsible for health from the ground up... what are you ingesting and taking in
Emotional - realize that emotions move energy or not (emotional charges)
Mental - do you know what you truly believe.......or is it a composite of what others tell you
Spiritual - do you listen to Source within or do you resist and/or separate from who you really are

The word doctor comes from Latin origination and it means teacher.
Why then are doctors teaching that health comes from outside means?
Why has health evolved into symptomologies and outside treatments?
Why is health not being taught as our natural state?
Why are we not being taught that we are responsible to build and maintain our own health?
Why is authentic 'preventive health care' not being taught and followed?
Why are doctors (teachers?),  school teachers, and parents not teaching authentic preventive health care?

***The definition of authentic preventive care is a set of measures taken in advance of symptoms to prevent illness or injury. Why have people allowed themselves to believe that illness has to happen?
