Authentic Health is a Way of Preventive Health

First step
towards experiencing authentic health and wellness, is to know that sickness is of the mind (not the body). 

Sickness is a reminder to return to one’s own Perfection. When one remembers and chooses to live authentically, it is a life changing experience. One truly remembers they are their own healer and treatment.

It is changing one’s mind first, then life and health changes. 
***Many are not willing to forget their world and make this inner commitment, they would  rather allow the mind to tell them they are sick.

 

It is not the body that requires healing, it is the Mind.
It is reminding the Mind that it is not to believe in sickness. It is reminding mind that Perfect Health is our innate gift.

 

Who is one’s Doctor? It is the mind of the patient!

                       
When practicing authentic health, the treatment and outcome is what the patient decides it to be!

 

Transformation of one’s perception is simple.

It is to know that sickness is of the mind, and it has nothing to do with the body.

It is to let go of outer consciousness, not letting outside rule the mind (unplugging)

Becoming 100% responsible for one’s own world (i.e. life, health, wealth, etc.)


Authentic Health requires continuous monitoring, adjusting, and shifting mind into Wellness consciousness.

(***Sickness is guilt for not trusting and believing in innate Perfect Health)
