Enjoy The Emotional Journey

Begin by being conscious of thought; secondly consciously feel those thoughts, and know how those thoughts feel (this brings forth physical manifestation of your thoughts). Hopefully when you remain fully conscious of your thoughts and feelings, you choose and decide what it is that you want (and not what you do not desire).

When you understand that you have options and choices in every moment, on every subject, then you begin to make those choices because of the way those choices feel as you make them. The first questions to ask self are: Do I feel good? Do these feelings make happy? Do I like what I am experiencing?

So step number one is to have a thought, check out how it feels. Then if you find your feelings in harmony with your desire, manifestation follows by allowing the creative/manifesting process to take place. Allow the universe to provide what it is that you consciously created by thought/feelings.

When ‘timing’ is appropriate, your third step to to receive. You receive the effect of your causal thoughts and feelings.

Reach for a thought that feels better than where you are in the moment. In this way you release resistance from that which you desire.

During the process, you have to continuously observe and monitor your thoughts and feelings. You have to figure out which of these is going toward your objective, and which ones are going away from your objective. This of course is after you have figured out what your objectives are.

The process is to be enjoyed and fun. If the journey is hard, strife and struggle, then great resistance builds, and you will not experience an easy effortless, fun filled result. You can not experience a happy ending to an unhappy journey.

The universal law of attraction operates as each creating/manifesting process takes place. Attitude and way of pursuit as well as thought and feelings must all be in alignment with one another. This is the journey.

When the journey feels good, results turn out in the same way. In the meantime you consistently reconnect with the Source Energy that is you. Your Emotional Journey feels good as you manifest what it is that you desire. You actually begin to discover the art of shifting your vibration, and therefore shift the way you feel to good more and more of the time. It is this emotional journey that is to be developed to it’s fullest much more than in the doing of a process. This is because, your future experience is being made for you even before you really approach it-99% of all creation is complete before you begin to see the physical evidence of it.

So many times people quit emotionally or turn around right before their desired manifestation takes place. They are not patient and they go on to think, feel, and change emotions onto another desire. Whether it be health or money for example, the process is the journey towards that must continue for and desire to manifest physically.

When you choose an emotional journey of feeling good, you shift your point from which you attract. And when you shift your point of attraction, you shift your life. You manifest the joy you have desired. The emotional journey is what mostly gets you from A to B. When you choose to feel good NOW, you do not have to walk through a problem; you just go from one solution onto another.

What are you doing in your now? You can tell by the way you feel. If you are angry, frustrated, being petty, jealous, resisting, blaming, or critical, you are not in alignment with Source within you now.

It’s pretty simple…Choose to feel good NOW! Stay in that frequency. Watch your life change right before you. You are the only one who can decide, choose, and remain in the ‘feel good’ manifestation called joyful living.

Staying conscious of your emotional journey determines how happy you are and how you get what you desire.
