Authentic Health and Wellness in Nursing Homes

This wondrous lady says, 'Nobody knows what it is like to be confined in bed at a nursing home. Visitors, whether it is staff or friends, makes my day.' She told me she likes it when I visit because we talk about authentic health and wellness.

She admits that she likes to vent her emotions and be honest. She says, 'it is so healing to be authentic and to talk about health and wellness. It uplifts my mood by just being able to say what is going on in my mind. That's practically all I have in my mind now.....is thoughts about being old and sick. Yet when you come, we talk about good things that make me happy. Sometimes we get very much into resentments and anger I have, yet it is a relief to vent to someone.'

She invites me to come back often because it is so helpful to uplift her attitude. The nursing home staff that takes care of her is very authentic and uplifting. They know that attitude means a lot. That's why they have activities like dancing, music, and art. 'You should see all the old people up and dancing' she laughs. 'Yet their attitude is so much better afterwards'. (This lady helped by the home a new piano just so she could 'Pay It Forward' and help people uplift their lives.)

'I can do it and it uplifts everybody so. It helps their health and wellness. I like being a little part of that.' We have been discussing having an 'Authentic Attitudinal Health and Wellness' group so that many could feel better while being in this nursing home.

'Emotions and attitudes are what is truly us inside', the Pay It Forward Lady claims nearly every time I visit.

If you wish to learn more about Authentic Health and Wellness improving your attitude and enjoyment in life, take the coaching of the 'Pay It Forward Lady.' She loves to watch 'Dancing With The Stars' and raise her mood  the best  she can under her circumstancial sedentary life she has to live in the nursing home.

'My mind and enjoyment of the rest of my life depends upon authentic attitudinal health and wellness living,.' says the Pay It Forward Lady.

Let's give a hip hip hooray for 'Dancing With The Stars' who even brought the love of dancing to nursing homes.
