Authentic Health and Wellness Includes Gratitude
Attitude Changes Everything! When people live their lives being grateful for what they have, and they focus on what they want..................then they create more things to be grateful for.
If we understand that to experience our authentic health and wellness..........we have to be grateful for our health and for our wellness. We focus on 'authentic health' and 'authentic wellness'.
Yet most people get caught up in focusing on sickness and symptoms. They forget their authentic health and wellness. If everything is going all right, no one even thinks about their health. Yet when an ache or pain happens, the mind goes into all kinds of fear, then actions to get rid of the symptoms.
In authentic health and wellness, one is grateful for a symptom. They know that this symptom is a 'messenger' telling them that they are not paying attention to something deeper within them.......spiritually, mentally, or emotionally.
In authentic health and wellness, one knows that if they live in gratitude and positive emotions, their health is going to be much more pronounced. If we focus in gratitude of what we have and wish to experience, that is what we create.
Just try it for a day, a morning, a hour, ten minutes..............be in control of your own mind and be grateful for whatever is in your life. Let go of all your fearful beliefs and negative thinking. Be grateful, live in gratitude. Start out small and then expand the time limits and see how you feel. Make it a goal each day to live with gratitude and experience more and more of your authentic health and wellness.
Remember you are in charge of you..........you have to remind your mind that you are grateful no matter what. You will have to change fear beliefs and know that whatever shows up in your life is something you have created with your thinking, believing and feelings.
