I Remember Peace No Matter What

This weekend I was pretty much involved with friends who were having 'stressful times' from emotional traumas of possible loss of home, family problems, cars breaking down, and pet accidents. I asked myself, what was the lesson I was learning from all of this chaos going on around me? I found myself having to really watch myself so I didn't get entangled in the life situations of friends and clients. That has been one of my main lessons as a natural health coach for years. I cannot be the best advocate, I can be, if I get hung up in the emotional stress of whomever I am assisting. Today I would like to share one of the greatest gifts I have given myself in this life..............

I remember very clearly a commitment I made to myself and in front of about 300 people in 1991. I committed to 'Peace No Matter What.' I knew in my heart that this promise would be one of my biggest gifts I could ever give myself.

And sure enough many years later, I am a pretty happy, healthy, senior citizen. I haven’t been to a doctor for 25 years. I have had few symptoms or complaints. I truly believe this is a result of keeping myself in balance and as peaceful as I can.

So often when Life’s challenges happen, I stop and breathe. I remember my commitment ‘Peace No Matter What.’ Yes, of course, I’m still learning and probably will be till the day I die. I am quite aware this is why I share this message day after day with clients. It helps me to remember to practice staying peaceful within my own life. I know I teach what I need to learn.

So many times I am grateful for whatever Life brings me………I know it is about me consciously being awake and remembering to do whatever it takes to remain peaceful.

My peace begins within. I am the one who has to remember my commitment. This is a big portion of what has helped me on my Perfect Health Revolution journey.
