Past No Longer Exists...
Painful Past is no more
Unless one chooses to believe
in pain
Depends on how you hold it
Friends can have it; I don't want it.

Just because one has aches in the past...
Does not mean they have to, today
Unless, choice is to listen to mind and others
filled with memories and fears-
Memories make pain
The moment can be free

Preventive Health is willingness to change...
and is only possible in the moment
Past no longer exists
It's a brand new day
Don't have to listen to others beliefs
I can be me...Perfect Health; Pure Peace

Anything is possible...
No one has to live in Sick Care mentality
Aches and pain can go away
if one believes it so
I experience this often
Just yesterday for example.

Practice it takes...
A friend thought I should believe
in fear and pain........
I stood my ground and said No.

Freedom and fullfillment
came from my heart
Perfect Health returned
My soul was happy
I knew who I was in the moment.
I prevented more sickness
And so it is.........................................
