I Open To Whatever Shows Up

I experience authentic health when......
I trust Life brings me whatever I need
I accept what is
Therefore my heart does not
shut down or over work.

I know I'm in heart when I
trust what I feel
My body tells me so

I stay open
I let my heart sing
Perfect Health is mine
Pure Peace is what I feel.

Fear can not stop me
When I commit to look
at all of me
Me is All
There is nothing to fear.

Connected with all
is open heart...
Otherwise resistance/sickness prevails
Learned behavior only
Definitely not who I am.

I prevent sickness when
I don't listen to Sick Care Thinking
I remember Perfect Health and
love the journey as I connect
with my Sacred Heart.
