Today I was looking at a crystal on my desk. I allowed myself to look at it as a metaphor.. ...One beautiful crystal with many facets. To me, the crystal could represent my mind..............and the facets as all the choices I can choose. I can pick to choose, believe, focus on Perfect Health and Pure Peace.....................or I can pick other facets representing sickness, illness, dis-ease, pain, suffering. It is up to me................I am responsible for the choices I make.

I can change my mind and perspective to Perfect Health or not....it just depends upon what I choose. How do I know? I do it all the time. I experience Well-being most of the time. I prevent what I don't want to experience by picking a different facet. Anyone is capable of this...it is a God given gift.
