Walking Through Fear

Do 'What If's' and 'Should of, could of, would of's' hold a big place in your mind?

If so, this causes stress. The endocrine system goes into high gear producing hormones until organs like adrenals get so exhausted the wear out and shut down.

Living in fear of the past or future becomes the demise of the body being able to 'heal itself.'

Our minds exhaust our organs. Thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, memories, anxieties about the future.........is the way to turn around one's physical ailments. It is authentic health that prevents sickness, illness, dis-ease. We don't catch it from someone else..........we create it ourselves with our mind.

Living in the Now.........walking through one's fear is probably the cure of most ailments. It's free. One does not have to go to a doctor and take pills. Accepting 'what is'....... you are responsible for your health or sickness could be the greatest break through you may ever experience.

The body heals itself if we allow it to...........that takes walking through any fear and or resistance that our bodies can do that.

Take a moment and listen to all the resistance your mind gives you about this way of living. Yet this is 'Authentic, Preventive, Health.' One can not experience 'well being' if they are continuously in fear.........because the body always has to to be on the defense fighting a war. Most people worry about worldly wars; when in fact they have a war going on inside of them.........killing their own body.
