Physical Symtoms - Human Scenario
A physical symptom (ache, pain, dis-ease, illness) shows up in body. A person sees, thinks, and believes they are sick. They make the symptoms be who they are. They become victim of being sick.
They thrive on being sick. They go to doctors to get diagnosed of a physical cause. They just go deeper in their bunny trail of sickness day after day. They feel comfortable because they have a reason to be sick. The sickness becomes them. They like being the victim; it gives them attention and love (?).
Yet others go to doctor after doctor and no one can find anything wrong. The person gets mad, discouraged, depressed because they don’t want to find out who they are without their illness. It might be that they are responsible for it……heaven forbid.
Another aspect is…….the person is afraid others will think they are making the sickness all up. Humans have learned to thrive on ‘sick care’ and being sick. (think of how much money is made and jobs there are because people believe they are ‘sick.’ What would happen to the economy if people didn’t follow ‘Sick Care Consciousness?)
Let’s turn this around for a moment. How about being authentic and preventing all of the above?
What if a person realized that their mind tells the body it is sick in the first place. The body listens. Symptoms manifest. Instead of running to ‘Sick Care’ caretakers; one decides to first look inside at their emotional and mental stressors…. taking a look at their fears, false beliefs about illness. They can then move into the awesome possibility that their bodies will heal themselves if the mind is rehabilitated into ‘Perfect Health Consciousness’.
As a Perfect Health Advocate, I have coached people to heal themselves many, many times. I whole heartedly know it is possible. It is mind that tells us we are sick in many cases. If we clean up doubts inside; fantastic things happen physically. This is jumping on a band wagon of a Perfect Health Revolution…..taking a stand and cleaning up thoughts and Sacred Cows around ‘Sickness and Illness.’
One person at a time could change the world. It all begins inside one person at a time.
