Experiences Are Preventive Health
Authentic health can only be if we practice preventive health. I believe one of the most important practices is to lower stress. We can do this by 'accepting what is.' During life 'we experience.' Sometimes we like what we experience; sometimes we don't.' Yet we have to experience something so that it becomes real to us.
In the movie "Inception' we have a subconscious that remembers every memory we have regarding all of our experiences. None of the experiential memories ever go away. So 'they' can stress us; or we can accept them. Every day we are in body experiencing things...I believe the reason we have a body.............to experience things (using five senses and feelings - movie City of Angels showed this well)
We are responsible as to how we react to every experience we have. What we do............accept, resist, ignore, avoid is what I'm talking about. This inner understanding is what we are to experience. If we 'accept' whatever happens we prevent stress. We live authentically. Experience is our best teachers. Experiences show up........we file in our subconscious. Yet what we forget is 'how did we react? How did we feel?' This is authentic preventive practices...................coming from a clear, inner space regarding all experiences that we have.
